Elçin Polat

I was born in Istanbul. After graduating from Galatasaray University with a degree in Sociology, I completed my MBA. I worked in Human Resources for 13 years, 10 of which were in management roles. This experience in the corporate world forms the basis of my ability to accurately understand the needs of organizations and develop feasible solutions today.
I discovered Ayurveda during a period when maintaining my inner balance became difficult amidst my busy work schedule. I first experienced it as a client; the changes I observed in my own life sparked a desire to delve deeper into this field. I began my education in Türkiye and deepened my studies at various institutes in India between 2023 and 2025. With a lifelong learning perspective, I continue my online and in-person studies.
I design training programs and workshops for organizations on topics such as office-applicable wellbeing, leadership, communication, holistic balance in work life, mind-body types, energy and focus management, sleep, stress, and digestion. Instead of general recommendations, my training focuses on helping individuals understand themselves and recognize what works best for them; thus, I create opportunities for participants to develop sustainable practices that have relevance in their work lives.

As a coach, I accompany individuals through periods of change and transition, helping them clarify their experiences, set priorities, and translate awareness into concrete actions. Simultaneously, from an Ayurvedic Life Coaching perspective, I integrate a holistic health approach with the realities of modern life, supporting the creation of a balanced and sustainable routine tailored to each individual.
One of the key contributions of my work is to encourage a perspective on team cohesion that focuses on the ability of differences to work together, rather than on "sameness." A focus on self-awareness improves communication quality while strengthening trust-based collaboration within the team.
I regularly practice yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation to bring my mind and body into greater harmony.
